Fitness has been a part of my life since I was very young, through grade school and high school I played basketball, volleyball, varsity lacrosse, and ran cross-county. I picked up a love for weight training while trying to get, and stay, in shape for sports. When I was in graduate school, I started teaching group exercise classes like spin and strength intervals, and during this time got introduced to the world of competing and bodybuilding, which planted a seed in my heart that grew and grew for years until I was able to finally get on stage and compete. I became a NASM personal trainer in 2014, and in the years following I got certified in TRX, Pilates, and NASM credentials for weight loss, fitness nutrition, and corrective exercises. I have been helping clients get in shape for over 5 years, and in 2020 I began coaching women for NPC bodybuilding competitions. In the short time since, I have built a flourishing community of strong women who support each other in their competition journeys, with some of my athletes placing at competitive national shows. I also specialize in bikini and wellness posing, as well as breathwork and core control on stage.
